I’m a therapist, consultant, and educator, and a person in long-term recovery from complex trauma.

I’ve dedicated my life’s work as a therapist to helping women heal from the impacts of trauma. and grow. As both a person with lived experience and a trauma therapist with over 16 years of experience in the field, I look at treatment from all angles. I’m sharing everything I’ve learned personally and professionally about living a wildly happy life through growth, change, connection, and healing.

I provide consulting for clinicians to learn and develop the skills to effectively treat women’s issues and most importantly, trauma. I am EMDR certified, EMDRIA Approved Consultant, and Trauma Recovery EMDR Hap Facilitator.
